Here at Fusion we pride ourselves in our customer service.  It is our top priority to provide you with the satisfaction that will have you calling us for all your present and future carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning needs.  As part of the Northwest Florida Better Business Bureau (aka BBB) we guarantee our cleanings 100%.  As our valued customer, we offer you a 10 day guarantee.  If you have any questions or concerns within the 10 days following your carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or any other service rendered, we ask that you give us a call.  We will then schedule a time to visit your home, assess the troubled area(s), and take the necessary steps to care for your concern at no additional charge.

Also, as part of the Northwest Florida Better Business Bureau we offer you our “Open Door Policy”.  The “Open Door Policy” is our way of welcoming your views and opinions.  We ask that if you ever have a concern (or question) about any of our services, staff, or pricing, please speak with us about it so we may address the concern and come to the best solution for both you and Fusion.
